Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description:
Support the performance, optimization, and reliability of solar energy assets.
Analyze operational data to ensure systems are running efficiently.
Identify and investigate underperformance issues across the portfolio.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for solar assets in the C&I and Utility-Scale sectors.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in solar operations and performance analysis.
Proficient in monitoring and analyzing C&I and utility-scale solar PV systems using SCADA, HMI, IoT, and platforms like VCOM.
Skilled in identifying and escalating system underperformance or anomalies.
Experience creating clear performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Strong understanding of solar PV systems, performance metrics, and monitoring technologies.
Effective collaboration with O&M teams, asset managers, and engineers.

Qualification:
BSc/ BEng/BTech in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Electronic Engineering.
