Location: Olifantsfontein (Midrand area), Gauteng

Position Info:

Financial Controller

Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Manufacturing Industry experience
• Minimum 4 Years' Industry experience in a Senior role

Skills and Knowledge:

• Ability to apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles & Cost Accounting Standards
• Ability to interpret data
• Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft Office / PowerPoint

Preferred Skills:

• SAGE & BPM

Additional Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License & Own Vehicle (Car)

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare, analyze, and report weekly, monthly, quarterly gross margin analysis by brand and customer type.
• Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries, analyze inventory valuation.
• Prepare cost reporting.
• Coordinate with IT Department for system issues, maintenance, and development.
• Assist in compliance with legislation.
• Prepare and complete monthly accounts receivable reports.
• Calculate sales commissions for sales payouts.
• Attend monthly BCM consultation meetings.
• Clean credit & criminal record - will be verified.
