Job Responsibilities
  1. Ensure Financial Health and Stability: Maintain profitability, liquidity, and solvency; oversee financial resources; identify and mitigate financial risks; safeguard assets; ensure regulatory compliance.
  2. Financial Planning and Strategy: Implement financial plans; meet budget and strategic objectives; develop financial strategies aligned with business goals; provide insights for decision-making; lead due diligence for M&A; assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  3. Operational Efficiency and Cost Management: Reduce operating expenses; improve efficiency ratios; optimise resource utilisation; manage capital structure.
  4. Investor Relations and Stakeholder Confidence: Ensure transparent reporting; achieve investor relations goals.
  5. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Meet deadlines; pass audits; adhere to laws and regulations; maintain ethical standards.

Requirements
