Job description

We are looking for an experienced, go-getter & passionate Key Accounts Associate to maintain and develop business-oriented relationships with existing and new clients.

Who we are :

We are a leading manufacturer, importer, and distributor of products in the engineering industry, specifically electrical, electronics, pumps, tools, and solar.

What the role is about :
  1. Getting the sale using various sales methods;
  2. Developing “out of the box” sales strategies / models and evaluating their effectiveness;
  3. Evaluating clients’ skills, needs, and building productive long-lasting relationships;
  4. Maintaining accurate and complete client account information.
Responsibilities :
  1. Generating new leads, developing existing client base, and fostering relationships between ACDC and clientele.
  2. Handling client inquiries.
  3. Meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Understanding the marketplace relative to product offerings and client demographics.
  5. Searching for and capitalizing on new product opportunities, positioning, and branding within client stores.
  6. Assisting in the development of product launch programs, client days, and product awareness campaigns.
  7. Training clients on products as required.
  8. Executing sales strategies.
  9. Giving sales presentations to various audiences when required.
  10. Managing employer’s expectations, client relationships, and providing excellent service and support.
  11. Providing feedback on market research and suggestions for improvement.
  12. Responding to high volumes of emails.
  13. Formulating quotations and following up.
  14. Attending sales meetings and providing necessary information and statistics.
  15. Planning and submitting weekly calls and activity reports.
  16. Maintaining client accounts.
  17. Analyzing the marketplace and providing feedback on market and competitive information.
