Job Title: Fibre Field Sales Opportunity Hypa Fibre: Freelancer - Richards Bay

Job Location: KwaZulu-Natal, Richards Bay | Deadline: May 16, 2025

About the Position:

  • As a Fibre Sales Specialist, your role is to sell high-speed fibre internet to residential and business customers in your area.
  • You will actively promote fibre services, answer customer inquiries, close sales, and provide excellent customer service.

Main Duties:

  • Sales: Promote fibre services to new customers within designated areas.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages.
  • Sales Process: Manage and track leads and sales using the company's system (Solid).
  • Community Engagement: Participate in door-to-door sales, street events, mall activations, and other sales activities as directed.
  • Marketing Support: Share information about fibre sales on social media and utilize sales collateral effectively.
  • Reporting: Track and report all sales activities daily, including leads, locations, interactions, and outcomes.
  • Equipment Care: Maintain all sales and marketing materials in good condition.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Suggest activation locations and marketing opportunities to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Product Knowledge: Attend training sessions and stay updated on Hypa Fibre products and telecommunications trends.
