Are you a detail-oriented professional with a solid background in financial systems, SAP, and end-to-end project rollouts?

Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Rollout Contact Coordinator to support the Global Finance Backbone (GFBB) initiative within the group.

This pivotal role involves coordinating and monitoring multiple finance rollout projects across markets.

12+ years of relevant work experience

Start Date:

Qualifications:

• BCom in Accounting; postgraduate degree or certification preferred
• Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous)

Essential Skills:

• Extensive project rollout and implementation experience across all phases
• Strong process and accounting knowledge
• Change and project management skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong business acumen
• Deep understanding of financial accounting areas (e.g., Accounts Receivable, Asset & Investment accounting, Cost Accounting)
• Proficiency in SAP, including SAP UI5, WebDynpro, and ABAP on SAP HANA

Advantageous Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodology
• German language skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, monitor, and report on GFBB rollouts
• Support targets and uphold standards in templates and best practices
• Manage all phases of rollouts (planning, FIT/GAP, D&I, UAT, migration, training, cut-over)
• Set up local GFBB rollout organization in line with guidelines
• Report consolidated status to stakeholders and participate in steering committees
• Coordinate with project teams and monitor rollout approach, transferring lessons learned
• Support solution design and issue resolution to ensure timely delivery
• Assist in budget planning and monitoring
• Ensure alignment with interface partners and escalate issues as needed
