Job Title: Business Analyst

This role involves facilitating requirements meetings to establish detailed requirements with both technical and business resources for assigned projects or initiatives.

The Business Analyst must also ensure that the scope of work and documentation fully cover the customer's requirements for approval, and create proposals (as required) based on the agreed requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Analyze client's business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.
2. Design customer journey and business capabilities.
3. Define system requirements.
4. Conduct stakeholder meetings and prepare reports.
5. Draft business systems specifications.
6. Perform VB analysis programming.
7. Develop data models.
8. Evaluate and analyze new software technologies.
9. Conduct system testing and draft test plans.
10. Provide post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
