Job Description

To protect and enforce the legal entity's intellectual property (IP) and to act as a trusted advisor to the business units regarding IP matters.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
  • Field of Study: Legal
  • Other Minimum Qualifications, Certifications or Professional Memberships: Post Graduate Degree - LLB; Admitted attorney
Experience Required

5-7 years proven experience in guiding and providing insight on drafting, vetting, reviewing, disseminating, and negotiating complex legal documentation and processes. Experience in identifying and mitigating legal risks. At least 6 years' experience in an IP specialist role, either in practice or in-house. At least 6 years' people management experience where appropriate.
