Your Role

Our client has grown significantly since their inception, with plans to double the business headcount and revenue over the next 4 years. Their Finance Team are looking for a Management Accountant to join the team in this vital role to produce management information that our senior leadership can make informed decisions and can deliver on their strategic goals.

What you will be doing

• Oversee all day-to-day finance operations across 4 regions (UK, Dubai, Zurich and Singapore) including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, banking, and reconciliations
• Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax, legal, and regulatory requirements (e.g. VAT, HMRC filings, Companies House)
• Maintain and improve internal controls and financial procedures
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and banks
• Support the CFO in future funding rounds, investor reporting, and board pack preparation
• Provide financial analysis, commercial insight to senior management/board to support strategic decision-making
• Conduct regular variance analysis to identify areas of underperformance or overperformance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing recommendations for improvement where necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Drive automation across all financial processes.
