Customer Care Consultant - Candy

Location:

Centurion, South Africa (Hybrid)

The job

Customer support for RIBSA software products via portals, emails, telephonic inquiries, and after-hours support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide industry advice on solving real-world Quantity Surveying, Estimating, and Construction Management challenges to maximize software benefits.
  2. Answer all customer support calls, including assisting with the after-hours support rota for high-priority issues.
  3. Respond to customer support emails promptly.
  4. Take responsibility for ticket resolution.
  5. Support customers globally, collaborating with the RIB Customer Care team.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Candy software.
  • Understanding of Candy Estimating, Valuation, and Planning.
  • Relevant construction-related qualifications (e.g., Building Science, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying).
Desired Skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage workload efficiently.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to communicate a clear vision.
  • Data analysis skills for effective reporting and research.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stress effectively.
