We are looking for someone for the Summer Season 2025 in the position of:
Chef de Partie Pastry (m/w)
Chef de Partie Kitchen (m/w)
Key Responsibilities
- Organize the kitchen
- Prepare hot and cold starters
- Pay attention to details
- Responsible for managing 2-3 colleagues
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Chef de Partie or similar role
- Understanding of health and safety rules in a kitchen
- Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen, due to work permit
- Team spirit, creative and flexible
