The BIM Modeller performs routine, structured work in a required discipline and demonstrates the ability to take on more complex tasks. An intermediate user in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) / Autodesk Civil 3D (Civils), or similar, who can draw/model with limited supervision and create content within a specific discipline.

Must also be an intermediate user in other core discipline-specific software.

Responsibilities include:

1. Completing routine/repeated tasks with assistance.
2. Receiving guidance or direction from others with limited discretion to vary from established procedures.
3. Contributing by performing routine, structured work assignments, expanding task complexity over time.
4. Following standard operating procedures/methodologies to solve routine or standard problems.
5. Identifying problems in existing procedures.

Qualifications:
