Job description

The Senior Developer is responsible for creating client-specific solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining applications.

They will analyze client needs and develop appropriate solutions, designing and customizing applications to optimize operational efficiency.

Technical leadership skills are required to guide team members when needed. Application developers work in teams to identify ideas and concepts brought by customers.

They unpack these ideas and create recommended solutions, ensuring all aspects are considered.

They understand coding languages and how to apply them to create content and usable applications.

Depending on the role, they collaborate with other developers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, and subject matter experts.

Once developed, senior developers assist in testing and fixing bugs before launch.

Requirements

  • Research, design, and development expertise
  • Developing solutions to meet customer needs
  • Ability to integrate software components and third-party programs
  • Consistently produce clean, efficient code based on client specifications
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in development aspects, including configuration, user requirements, and upgrades

    • Prepare proposals including understanding client requirements, developing initial solutions, tailoring products, and explaining proposals to clients

    • Follow Agile principles emphasizing collaboration
    • Contribute to a self-organizing, adaptive, and continuously improving team
    • Respond rapidly to changes involving customer participation
    • Deliver frequent releases to improve solution quality and customer satisfaction
  • Experience
