New Vehicle Sales Manager

A Dealership in Richards Bay is looking for a New Vehicle Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  1. Maximize sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and retention to meet sales forecasts.
  2. Develop the sales organization to meet sales and profitability objectives.
  3. Ensure optimum stock levels of vehicles on premises.
  4. Maintain cost control within the department's budget.
  5. Ensure availability of adequate product display material.
  6. Review all pricing policies, discounts, and trade-in dealings to sustain dealership profitability.
  7. Monitor the financial performance of the sales department weekly.
  8. Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  9. Meet departmental customer satisfaction and expectation targets.
  10. Keep direct and indirect costs within company parameters.
  11. Establish staffing levels and training programs to achieve sales goals.
  12. Monitor all floorplan activities.
  13. Maintain stock levels according to company policy.
  14. Maximize sales of back-end products.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Matric
  • Previous experience as a Manager or Team Leader
  • Experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager, preferably with high-volume brands
