- Assisting in the setup of SOPs for all clients across the delivery platform
- Constantly monitoring and upgrading SOPs where necessary
- Training and setting up new franchises
- Training SOPs at a franchisee level
- Setting and maintaining service levels of franchises
- Ensuring franchisees adhere to branch blueprints and franchise agreements
- Setting and managing KPIs at the franchise level
- Conducting regular audits to assess and measure performance
- Traveling locally within an allocated region and quarterly to regional branches
- Driving company policies, procedures, and brand standards through audits
- Training and guiding franchisees to improve business operations, acting as a consultant
- Assisting franchisees in employee training
- Monitoring and measuring branch performance against SLAs
- Presenting solutions to problems to support franchisee success
- Protecting the brand and promoting brand recognition and growth
Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Training experience is beneficial
- Operational experience managing national or regional operations
- Previous hospitality or retail franchise experience is advantageous
- Experience in logistics industry is not required
- Proven track record in delivery and execution
- IT or tech savvy is advantageous
