Job description

  1. Assisting in the setup of SOPs for all clients across the delivery platform
  2. Constantly monitoring and upgrading SOPs where necessary
  3. Training and setting up new franchises
  4. Training SOPs at a franchisee level
  5. Setting and maintaining service levels of franchises
  6. Ensuring franchisees adhere to branch blueprints and franchise agreements
  7. Setting and managing KPIs at the franchise level
  8. Conducting regular audits to assess and measure performance
  9. Traveling locally within an allocated region and quarterly to regional branches
  10. Driving company policies, procedures, and brand standards through audits
  11. Training and guiding franchisees to improve business operations, acting as a consultant
  12. Assisting franchisees in employee training
  13. Monitoring and measuring branch performance against SLAs
  14. Presenting solutions to problems to support franchisee success
  15. Protecting the brand and promoting brand recognition and growth

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Grade 12 or equivalent
  2. Diploma or equivalent
  3. At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role
  4. Training experience is beneficial
  5. Operational experience managing national or regional operations
  6. Previous hospitality or retail franchise experience is advantageous
  7. Experience in logistics industry is not required
  8. Proven track record in delivery and execution
  9. IT or tech savvy is advantageous
