Job description

We’re looking for Account Managers who will take ownership of market share for Hilti in the assigned territory and segment, further developing profitable sales. This is a high-performance role designed to build our talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Role Responsibilities :

  1. Develop sales within the assigned territory by utilizing all elements of our sales process to analyze, implement, and control opportunities to achieve targets.
  2. Engage with various customer segments including construction sites, industrial plants, offices, and warehouses across industries such as construction, energy, and industry.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with partners, contractors, system integrators, and end users.
  4. Manage and grow the sales of key products, targeting appropriate customer groups and introducing new products successfully.
  5. Ensure adequate coverage of both existing and potential customers to foster profitable growth.
  6. Demonstrate, service, train, and test Hilti products as needed.
  7. Gather market intelligence on competitors, market prices, new launches, and other relevant industry information, reporting findings in monthly reports.

    What you need is :

  • Completed tertiary qualification (engineering/technical preferred) is a plus.

  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
  • Commitment, courage, and a competitive drive.
  • Willingness to learn and challenge yourself.
  • Strong business acumen and technical skills with sector network knowledge.
