PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Ensure high quality, timely, consistent and representative sampling, sub sampling and sample preparation of internal and customer material.

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure the quality sampling of material is within the required time frame in accordance with established SOPs.
2. Perform essential administrative duties; capturing and processing of sampling data (LIMS).
3. Communicate operational information; production, equipment availability, SHEQ, and general notices to peers and supervisors.
4. Continuously assess operational risks and implement approved corrective actions.
5. Ensure compliance with security protocols.
6. Ensure compliance with Metal Assurance policies.
7. Support SHEQ initiatives.
8. Ensure compliance with IT policies and ERP (LIMS) systems.
