• SAP GTS Functional (Global Trade Services)
• Knowledge in Customs processes IT (Business processes advantageous)
• SAP SD & MM experience and extensive knowledge
• Debugging ABAP skills (Advantageous)
• Incident management process
• JIRA / Confluence
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS :

• JIRA / Confluence knowledge advantage (Agile)
• Flexibility to take up different tasks in the initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• SAP GTS completed courses would be advantageous
• Strong experience in Application Maintenance, Enhancements and Operations
• Good understanding of system landscape to design adequate and governance compliant to secure role design and user provisioning.
• Good problem-solving capabilities are necessary to investigate and propose alternate solutions for compliance conflicts.
