Job description

Reporting to the Senior Paid Social Manager, you will create impact within our Paid Media Capability. We take pride in our global client portfolio and proprietary technology that sets us apart in the industry.

You will contribute to the daily management of digital media paid social campaigns for our main clients, focusing on revenue and profit growth while managing within budget goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Manage paid digital media campaigns across social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, focusing on profit growth and meeting budget goals.
  2. Identify poor implementations and areas of opportunity to improve campaign results.
  3. Assist with validation and audits of campaigns within the team.
  4. Produce reports for clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal Client Management teams to ensure smooth implementation of work and participate in shadow meetings with clients.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 1 year of experience activating and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest ads.
  2. Ability to maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel and process large data sets.
  3. Adaptability in strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
  4. Embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to improve skills.
  5. Enjoy building long-lasting client relationships and adding value to their business.
