Role Overview:

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead and deliver large-scale laboratory transformation and performance

improvement projects. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, design future-state operating models,

optimize resources, and implement change that improves quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of

laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder laboratory consulting projects across diverse geographies.

• Design and implement laboratory operatingmodels and transformation roadmaps.

• Conduct diagnostic assessments anddata-driven analysis to identify improvementopportunities.

• Engage with C-level stakeholders, clinicians,and laboratory managers.

• Manage project teams and mentor juniorconsultants.

• Support business development and proposalwriting.

Requirements:

Strong laboratory background (e.g., biomedicalscience, medical laboratory science, or similar).

• 5+ years of experience in laboratory operations,consulting, or transformation.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion forsolving complex problems

• Proven experience leading or managinglarge-scale laboratory improvement projects.

• Strong analytical, communication, andstakeholder engagement skills.

• Willingness to travel internationally.

• An advanced degree (e.g., MSc, MBA, or MPH) is aplus.
