Job description

Our client in the telecommunications sector is seeking a professional Senior Specialist: Tower Inspection & Compliance.

This is a contract role for 12 months. The role is responsible for the complete technical operations end-to-end service providers contract performance management.

It involves overseeing the process of identifying appropriate service providers and ensuring that all service delivery compliance requirements align with the technical and commercial requirements of the specific TowerCo technical operations business unit and the related needs of the organization.

This role requires the ability to work closely with various stakeholders, including legal, supply chain management, health and safety, information technology, and other compliance departments to ensure effective service delivery.

Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Evaluate the performance of each customer on the network based on their individual SLA.
  2. Evaluate the performance of each vendor based on the SLA.
  3. Monitor and manage client compliance to all customer signed SLAs.
  4. Monitor and manage the vendor's contractors' compliance to each SLA with clients.
  5. With support from the IT team and the NOC systems, ensure that all technical support systems and platforms are in place and functional to correctly monitor the performance of the site assets.
  6. Provide strategic information needed for short, medium, and long-term decision making for customers and vendors.
  7. Distribute high-level feedback to management regarding the network on SLA breaches, non-compliance, etc.
  8. Distribute high-level feedback to customers including non-compliance and network performance.
  9. Distribute high-level feedback to all vendors for rapid intervention on non-compliance, missed KPIs, and poor network performances.
  10. Ensure all information required for network reporting is gathered, accurate, analyzed, calculated, and reconciled.
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications:
  1. Relevant Electrical and/or Mechanical and/or Facilities and/or Construction Management - 3 year Degree/Diploma (BSc, B.Tech, S4, N6, T3) (Essential).
  2. Minimum 5-8 years relevant work experience, proven experience in contract management or a related field.
