They are seeking a driven and experienced Director of Operations to play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, streamlining company-wide processes, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on and strategic operations professional to work closely with the CEO and executive team to shape the organisation’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inspired, hands-on leadership across the business and lead the implementation of operational strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring effective program and project delivery, efficient resource utilisation, and optimal cost management.
• Lead operational planning, budgeting, reporting, and auditing to support sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and drive company culture, mission, and vision.
• Champion high performance and employee morale across all levels of the organisation.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience by monitoring satisfaction metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive process efficiencies and operational best practices across departments.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Support strategic hiring efforts in collaboration with the HR function to build a high-performing team.
• Analyse challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure that the business adapts proactively to market shifts.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• A minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in an operations management or leadership role, ideally in a services or project-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and manage complex project portfolios with a strong track record of on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing operational frameworks that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to interpret financial and non-financial data to guide business decisions.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
