Client Delivery Manager to manage consultants and grow headcount

Our experienced footprint has grown globally and continues to expand. We are growing our family and seeking experienced Client Delivery Managers to join our team.

Work Model: Hybrid, based at our head office in Centurion.

Role Overview:

Client Delivery Managers act as advocates for clients and consultants, working within the consulting department to ensure that both client and consultant needs are understood and met.

Responsibilities include assisting with sales (farming existing clients), handling client complaints, data collection and analysis, and enhancing overall customer experience. We seek proactive, communicative candidates passionate about IT consulting services.

This role serves as a primary contact point for clients and consultants at various client sites, building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships and tailoring solutions to individual client needs.

Additional duties involve internal support such as gathering sales leads or testimonials, analyzing client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends. Success requires exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills, as well as being resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients regularly to meet their needs and oversee resource performance.
  • Monitor and support consultants at client sites, ensuring satisfaction and performance.
  • Facilitate the delivery of consulting staff to client locations.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and integrity of month-end processes.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and articulate Dotcom's value.
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Collaborate internally to fulfill client needs.
  • Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior and industry trends.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions.
  • Stay updated on company products and services.
  • Resolve complaints and improve processes to prevent recurring issues.
  • Identify industry trends and act as a client advocate to enhance their experience.
  • Support business growth by generating leads from existing clients.
  • Assist with month-end and timesheet reconciliations.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric qualification; IT Diploma or Degree preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience in resource management of IT consultants.
  • Deep understanding of the IT sector, especially consulting.
