Client Delivery Managers act as advocates for clients and consultants, working within the consulting department to ensure that both client and consultant needs are understood and met.
Responsibilities include assisting with sales (farming existing clients), handling client complaints, data collection and analysis, and enhancing overall customer experience. We seek proactive, communicative candidates passionate about IT consulting services.
This role serves as a primary contact point for clients and consultants at various client sites, building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships and tailoring solutions to individual client needs.
Additional duties involve internal support such as gathering sales leads or testimonials, analyzing client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends. Success requires exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills, as well as being resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized.
