Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for being a proactive member of a division tasked with increasing sales in targeted markets within a predefined territory.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform outbound calls to established and prospective accounts to generate sales growth within a predefined territory.
  2. Manage all stages of the sales cycle: Cold call, Introduction, Demonstration, Quote, Close, Train, Follow-up.
  3. Provide phone and on-site support to target accounts to increase direct and distribution sales.
  4. Work daily with distribution partners to develop and grow revenue in target markets.
  5. Log all work in the CRM system for sales management monitoring.
  6. Identify and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
  7. Collaborate with Sales Management and Clinical Support, communicating market trends and competitive activity.
  8. Maintain high skill levels in strategic and tactical selling skills.
  9. Organize and conduct seminars on SET technology and Pulse CO-Oximetry.
  10. Occasional travel is required.
  11. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Two or more years of B2B sales with proven performance.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in internet use and all Microsoft Office programs.
  4. Occasional travel required.
Education

High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation

The anticipated hourly rate range is $18-20 per hour plus benefits, dependent on skills, education, and experience.
