We're searching for a dynamic individual to lead our service on a permanent, full-time basis, Monday to Friday. In this role, you'll infuse your positive energy and welcoming demeanour into maintaining strong connections with children, families, and stakeholders.

Together, we'll continue our shared passion for children's development and wellbeing, supported by our team of exceptional Educators. As the coordinator, you'll report to the Portfolio Manager and Service Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the service, including staffing, administration, and financial tasks.
  • Oversee the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, and educational program.
  • Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment.
  • Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure optimal outcomes for children and families.
  • Promote the service within the local community in line with Catholic Early EdCare's Vision, Mission, and Values.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma / Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • Strong understanding of childcare legislation, including the National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
  • Effective computer skills, including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
