The main purpose of this role is to develop Strategy, Innovation, and IBE for our key brands. You will handle and implement outstanding innovation & IBE, including:
- Partnering with insights to leverage people centricity and trends
- Defining the Brand Promise, Strategy, and Long Term Growth Plan (including 4Ps, innovation & communication)
- Developing focused innovation roadmaps based on the brand/hubs' strategic needs and commercial requirements
- Developing specific innovations for all elements of the bundle, partnering with R&D, Technology, Supply Chain, Packaging & Design
- Developing the IBE by partnering with our advertising agency and collaborating with other Divisions
Additionally, you will need to partner with other cross-functional teams including Customer Development, Retail Marketing, and Finance.
- Proven proficiency in being strategic & analytical (connecting the dots), challenging groupthink, being creative, dealing with ambiguity, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Possessing a growth mindset, people-centricity, curiosity, passion, and functional skills/familiarity with digital & design.
Required Qualifications:
- 14+ years of successful experience in FMCG marketing (brand strategy, portfolio management, communication development, and commercial growth plans)
- 8+ years of demonstrated capability in end-to-end innovation development
- Full understanding of the innovation process from insight scouting to concept writing & testing, to full bundle development & go-to-market with commercial teams
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams to deliver
- Experience in Design Thinking & Agile Innovation Development
