Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and support the hardware, network, and infrastructure environment, ensuring the stable operation of all IT assets. The role also includes responsibility for implementing and maintaining Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and support all IT infrastructure – servers, computers, network, connectivity, and telephony.
• Supervise IT support staff and provide performance guidance and development.
• Administer user accounts, access rights, and inter-office connectivity.
• Oversee system maintenance, backups, patching, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Implement and manage IT security : firewalls, antivirus, and monitoring tools.
• Handle supplier contracts, licensing, SLA compliance, and procurement processes.
• Develop, test, and maintain the disaster recovery and business continuity plan.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Relevant IT degree or diploma.
• 3–4 years in IT support and network / infrastructure administration.
• At least 2 years leading a small IT team.
• Strong experience with :

Active Directory, Microsoft 365

• Switching, Routing, VMWare
• Hardware troubleshooting and telephony systems
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
