Job Title: Director: Professional Services

Location: Gauteng, Pretoria

Deadline: June 02, 2025

Requirements
  • An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7) as recognized by SAQA in Building Science or equivalent.
  • A certificate for entry into the Senior Management Services (SMS) obtained from the National School of Government (NSG) is compulsory and should be submitted prior to appointment.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience at senior/middle managerial level in a similar environment. Computer literacy. Valid driver’s license.
Duties
  • Facilitate provision of services for all physical infrastructure such as refreshment co-ordination, refectory, kitchens, stores, offices, agricultural facilities, and messenger services. Provide oversight in the maintenance and cleaning services of all facilities in DCS.
  • Monitor and evaluate the state of facilities in DCS and provide insights and reports on their functionality and compliance with required standards.
  • Coordinate employee health and safety responsibilities related to the functions.
  • Ensure adequate and professional office space for officials. Manage performance information, assets, human resources, and finances.
