Required Experience:

1. Proven leadership experience in a Head of Marketing or Marketing Director role, ideally in a retail or services business.
2. Demonstrable success in launching products or services and entering new markets.
3. Strong understanding of e-commerce and performance marketing.
4. Experience building and managing a marketing team, with excellent people management skills.
5. Excellent creative, communication, and copy-writing skills.
6. A passion for the automotive industry is highly desirable.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
