Role Overview:
  1. Achieve sales targets using various sales methods.
  2. Develop innovative sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.
  3. Assess clients' skills and needs, building productive, long-lasting relationships.
  4. Maintain accurate and complete client account information.
Responsibilities:
  1. Generate new leads, develop existing client relationships, and foster connections between ACDC and clients.
  2. Handle client inquiries effectively.
  3. Meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Understand the marketplace related to our product offerings and client demographics.
  5. Identify and capitalize on new product opportunities, including positioning and branding within client stores.
  6. Assist in launching new products, organizing client days, and running product awareness campaigns.
  7. Train clients on products as needed.
  8. Execute sales strategies and deliver sales presentations to various audiences.
  9. Manage employer and client expectations, providing excellent service and support.
  10. Provide feedback and market research insights for improvement.
  11. Respond to high volumes of emails efficiently.
  12. Formulate quotations and follow up accordingly.
  13. Attend sales meetings and report on activities and statistics.
  14. Plan and submit weekly calls and activity reports.
  15. Maintain client accounts.
  16. Analyze market trends and provide feedback on competitive information.
  17. Participate in ad hoc training sessions.
