Job Purpose

The Inbound Sales – Call Centre Agent position at Fidelity Services Group's SecureDrive division in Roodepoort is a permanent role designed for Matric holders with 3+ years of sales inbound call centre experience.

You'll engage with customers telephonically, sell telematics products, upsell opportunities, and achieve sales targets while maintaining a 90% quality assurance and compliance score.

This role offers a market-related salary (approximately R8,000–R12,000/month plus commissions), providing stability and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Answer incoming calls promptly, providing accurate information about SecureDrive products.
  2. Sell multiple telematics products to existing and potential clients, meeting daily and monthly sales targets.
  3. Upsell and cross-sell products by identifying customer needs through effective probing.
  4. Handle and overcome client objections, using strong telephone etiquette and buying signals.
  5. Achieve a minimum 90% Quality Assurance (QA) and compliance score.
  6. Meet daily and monthly Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) targets and sales conversions.
  7. Maintain daily talk time, adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and meet Average Handling Time (AHT) goals.
  8. Accurately capture sales and client details, verifying information and scheduling fitments.
  9. Follow call centre scripts and declarations to ensure compliance.
  10. Build sustainable customer relationships by going the extra mile.
  11. Liaise with clients via email when required.
  12. Request referral leads from all clients to expand sales opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • South African citizen with a valid ID, aged 18–35 (preferred).
  • Grade 12 certificate (Matric).
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales inbound call centre (telematics experience advantageous).
  • No criminal record, verified through background checks.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, after hours, and one compulsory Saturday per month.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Previous telematics or vehicle tracking sales experience.
  • Residents of Roodepoort or surrounding Gauteng areas.
  • Experience with call centre scripts and quality assurance processes.
