Job Title: Database/CRM Manager – Recruitment CRM Systems

Are you an expert in database management with experience in recruitment CRM systems?

We're looking for a Cape Town-based CRM Manager to help us streamline and elevate our data-driven recruitment efforts. We are a dynamic technology and financial trading recruitment company connecting top talent with cutting-edge firms. As we grow, we need a dedicated CRM Manager to oversee the health, functionality, and performance of our recruitment CRM system.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Database Management: Manage, maintain, and optimise a large-scale recruitment CRM system, ensuring data integrity and usability.
2. CRM Migration: Lead and execute CRM migration projects with accuracy, minimal disruption, and strategic insight.
3. Integration Oversight: Manage the integration of third-party tools, platforms, and APIs into the CRM.
4. User Support: Provide CRM training, support, and troubleshooting for team members.
5. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine CRM processes and workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience managing large databases within a recruitment CRM environment.
2. Successful track record of CRM migration projects.
3. Hands-on experience with system integrations and API management.
4. Highly KPI-driven with the ability to report on CRM performance.
5. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
6. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
7. Based in Cape Town, with flexibility to work remotely.

This is a 3-month contract position paying R20,000 per month, with a strong likelihood of extending into a 12-month project based on performance and business needs.
