IT Software Life Insurance Actuarial Analyst- with experience in Life Insurance Industry - for external Companies

To work remotely | Gauteng

Permanent Position

Must have completed an Actuarial Degree - not negotiable

Must have 1-3 + years working experience gained as an Actuarial Analyst in working experience in the Life Insurance industryfor IT Software solutions for external Companies Clients

Interact and work closely with senior client business representatives and business analysts and technical architects where applicable.

Gather information and analyse new business requirements.Business Test Cases

Understand the business requirements of the customers and translate them into specific software requirements.

Raise business requirements in terms of new product capabilities and modernisation of legacy build.

Understand the technical implementation and Company processes.

Must have Configure, test the configurations of the life insurance software system functionalities to meets the external client’s Company requirements, as defined agreed software development design + other specifications.

Work independently, but also be able to contribute within the internal Company software development project teams constructively and effectively, the IT software development business architect team and other technical software forums that all follow Agile principles.

Provide guidance to software system behaviour and create test scenarios.

Be familiar with all IT Software testing levels (unit, integration, system, vulnerability, UAT, regression testing).

Salary: R 40 000 – R 45 000 CTC per Month (depending on experience gained relevant to this Vacancy and current Salary earned)

Plus Annual Performance Bonus at the discretion of the Company + Will be supplied with a company Laptop - to work remotely
