Experience :

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role within the injection moulding industry or a related manufacturing field, with a proven track record of managing international operations and driving business growth.

Skills :

Strong strategic and operational leadership abilities, excellent financial acumen and budget management skills, proficiency in relevant industry software and technologies, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
