Hotel Assistant Bar

- Assist the Bar Manager in all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and cocktails to guests in a timely and friendly manner.

- Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their drinks and address any concerns or complaints.

- Assist with training new bar staff and ensure that all team members adhere to company standards and policies.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and provide exceptional customer service to all guests.

- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the bar and overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or cruise ship setting.
2. Strong knowledge of different types of drinks and cocktails.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
6. Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications.
7. Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
