Job description

Job Title: Farm Shop Assistant

As our Farm Shop Assistant, you will become a vital part of our close-knit team.

This varied role involves providing exceptional service to our loyal customers, including food purchases, product advice, and maintaining impactful displays throughout the store, such as stock replenishment and rotation.

You will also be responsible for processing payments, supporting all aspects of 'due diligence' administration related to food handling—this includes labelling, product specifications, traceability, organic certification, food hygiene, and fridge/freezer temperature/maintenance.

The successful candidate will have a passion for food and enjoy face-to-face customer interaction. You should be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and flexible in your approach to promote our products while taking pride in maintaining a safe working environment.

Salary: Basic hourly rate £11.44, plus holiday allowance, totaling approximately £12.82 per hour.
