About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised IT Operations Manager to oversee IT operations, manage service level agreements (SLAs), handle contracts, and act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring smooth functionality across all systems.
• Manage SLAs with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
• Handle IT contracts and procurement, ensuring cost-effective and strategic vendor management.
• Act as the liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers.
• Provide high-level administrative support for IT-related matters, including budgeting, asset management, and policy enforcement.
• Assist in IT project coordination, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Proven experience in an IT Operations or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SLAs, and vendor management.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling contracts, procurement, and IT administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
