About the South Africa Team

Our team focuses on delivering top digital advertising solutions with professionalism, integrity, and passion.

We work closely with technical and account management teams to ensure high campaign performance and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, contributing to our strategic market positioning.

Your Role and Impact
  1. Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, engaging with major e-commerce brands.
  2. Interact with decision-makers across all levels.
  3. Collaborate with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success.
  4. Contribute to establishing ourselves as a digital market leader in Africa.
  5. Develop strategies to meet client needs and acquire new business, reporting on sales progress.
  6. Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
  7. Participate in industry events.
Candidate Requirements
  • Over 5 years of B2B sales experience in digital marketing or advertising.
  • Experience selling retargeting/performance campaigns or complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of online advertising and a network of industry contacts.
  • Ability to forecast sales, build plans, and meet KPIs over medium to long-term sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills in English.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
