Role Overview : We are seeking an energetic, positive, and outgoing Inland Sales Manager to lead our inland sales operations.
This role involves managing a team of sales agents, cultivating relationships with key accounts, analyzing sales data, and expanding our network of stockists.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a passion for sales and a flair for building lasting client relationships Key Responsibilities : Lead and support inland sales agents to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and clients.
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Identify and onboard new stock lists to broaden market presence.
Implement regional sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements : Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the retail, beauty, or luxury goods sectors.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and highly self-motivated.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Fluency in Afrikaans or French is a strong advantage.
Based in or willing to relocate to Randburg, Johannesburg
