Requirements
A vacancy exists for a Sales Consultant in our Linbro Park branch, Gauteng, focusing on pest control services.
Preference will be given to candidates aligned with our Normalisation Policy.
The role involves growing the company portfolio and achieving sales targets through promoting and selling our services, including :
2-5 years of sales experience
Valid driver's license
Penetrating assigned sales areas and sourcing new customers
Engaging existing customers to meet their current and future needs
Using initiative to secure appointments with Tier 2 customers
Salary : R15, plus benefits, with expectations including :
Conducting face-to-face visits with at least 6 decision-makers daily
One customer review per day
Utilizing RISE sales methodology to understand and guide clients through the sales process
Completing surveys and documentation accurately
Achieving monthly contract sales targets
Tracking KPIs and reporting
Exhibiting persuasive, interpersonal, and confident sales skills
Being highly assertive, driven, competitive, and energetic
Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
Possessing business acumen, numeric skills, and self-discipline
