Job Description
  • Requirements: Matric, experience in the Financial Services industry is advantageous, clear credit and criminal record, good communication skills (written and verbal), presentation skills are an added advantage.

Provides specialist knowledge and executes account development strategies and sales business plans to achieve medium-sized sales targets.

Responsibilities
  1. Data Collection and Analysis: Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
  2. Information and Business Advice: Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and policies, referring issues to others where necessary.
  3. Document Preparation: Prepare moderately complex documents using standard office software and gather/summarize data for reports.
  4. Insights and Reporting: Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
  5. Customer Relationship Management / Account Management: Make calls to maintain and strengthen relationships, acting as a first point of contact for queries and complaints.
  6. Financial Advice: Conduct comprehensive financial planning and advice for complex client situations.
  7. Sales: Support routine sales activities.
  8. Operational Compliance: Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations; seek approval for exceptions.
  9. Personal Capability Building: Participate in development activities, stay informed on industry best practices through ongoing education.
