Job Responsibilities
  1. Generate quality life insurance leads through outbound customer interactions.
  2. Provide customers with sufficient information to make an informed decision to proceed with a formal quote.
  3. Respond confidently to customer questions and queries in line with policy information.
  4. Build healthy rapport with customers to instill confidence in the process.
  5. Update relevant CRMs with accurate data to facilitate customer progression.
  6. Handle customer objections according to policy guidelines, building trust during conversations.
  7. Monitor lead allocation in line with conversation rates.
  8. Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance regulations.
  9. Require 1-year outbound sales/lead generation experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
  10. Matric or NQF 4 equivalent qualification.
