POSITION INFO :

Multinational based in Rosebank - Gauteng

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer specializing in recruitment to join our Human Resources team. The HR Officer will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to support our company's growth objectives. Additionally, this role will involve assisting with monthly reporting and contributing to various HR projects to enhance our overall HR processes and initiatives.

Looking for someone with strong Talent Acquisition Skills, highly organized, reliable, and a great attitude, and someone with own transport and driver’s license.

Must have experience in placing senior roles and specialized roles. Experience with Psychometric Assessments would be advantageous. Also, bulk recruitment and Graduate recruitment.

Qualification and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the technology, retail or financial services industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Emotional intelligence: Ability to understand and manage one’s own emotions and effectively navigate interpersonal dynamics to build trust and rapport with candidates and colleagues.
  • Strong Reporting Skills.
  • Tech savvy: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
