Provide specialist advice and support for day-to-day work to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Description

1. Stakeholder Management: Actively promote and manage the collaborative engagement of internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, clients, service providers, business partners, and other Absa entities.
2. Sales Target: Proactively initiate contact with customers to meet sales targets.
3. Customer Engagement: Plan activities by identifying clients to contact during specific periods.
4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all activities adhere to relevant control, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
5. Manage Own Broker Practice: Ensure staff members (Broker Assistants and Interns, as relevant) understand their roles and responsibilities within the practice.
