Join to apply for the Product Specialist Transporter Payments role at The South African Breweries.Key Purpose : The role is responsible for deploying transformation technology in Logistics warehousing and transportation.

The Product Specialist will partner with customers to build an optimal execution application landscape in Africa, ensuring accurate carrier payments across the zone, supporting the ecosystem, and collaborating with development teams for enhancements and interfaces.Key Roles and Responsibilities : Understand logistics transportation payment principles to enable successful technology projects.Evaluate business processes, anticipate needs, identify improvements, and implement solutions.Manage projects, prioritize tasks, and align with business expectations.Manage business requirements and backlogs.Lead technical development teams to deliver products that meet business needs, collaborating with developers and stakeholders.Document processes, system logic, conduct testing, and manage change for Spotlight in the Aurora Program.Own Scrum routines and facilitate Scrum Masters to deliver value-adding technology products.Support multiple projects across sites with clear delegation and communication.Work efficiently under pressure, communicating effectively with stakeholders.Document requirements, testing outcomes, and training materials accurately.Define training methods and rollout strategies.Support change management and perform user acceptance testing.Manage UAT workshops, train users, and support post-rollout operations.Develop and maintain user-friendly documentation and support tools.Drive user adoption during rollout phases.Key Attributes and Competencies : Financial background and experience with complex payment methods are advantageous.Analytical thinking and data-driven problem-solving skills.Proven project delivery within timelines.Strong communication skills for global stakeholder engagement.Knowledge of Logistics, Warehousing, and Inventory principles.Stakeholder engagement skills to stay connected with business areas.Problem-solving skills to manage complexity and ambiguity.Solid understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies with a track record of delivery.Knowledge of Accounting and Payment Principles.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business Management.Experience in Business Analysis.ERP experience, preferably SAP ECC / S4 HANA.Intermediate Excel skills.Experience with SAP SD, MM, Transportation, and Logistics is advantageous.Additional Information : Band : VIISAB is an equal opportunity employer, committed to employment equity and talent development.
