• Experience in conducting comprehensive eye examinations and diagnosing visual problems
• Expertise in prescribing and fitting corrective lenses
• Ability to provide appropriate treatments for various eye conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of advancements in Optometry and eye care technologies
• Previous experience in community-based Optometry services is a plus
• Being able to speak and understand Afrikaans is a plus
