Job Title: Sales Account Manager
We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to oversee a high-profile corporate client, manage branding solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of an onsite corporate store. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales, production, and operations who can drive client engagement, order fulfillment, and business growth.
Minimum Requirements :
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- 35 years of experience in sales administration, quoting, and/or production
- At least 5 years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Netsuite, Accpac, or Sage is advantageous
- Knowledge of CI and CAD approvals is beneficial
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary contact for a high-level corporate client, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Identify and secure bespoke stock and ad hoc orders to drive sales
- Provide first-line telephonic assistance to customers and identify new sales opportunities
- Work closely with the brand experience team to ensure seamless branding projects
- Support offsite events, trade shows, and conferences (weekends and evenings may be required)
- Manage the end-to-end production process, ensuring orders are delivered per SLAs and client deadlines
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and maintain beneficial GP margins
- Ensure quote requests are correctly submitted within agreed timeframes
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill orders with high-quality branding
- Approve artwork and branding elements in line with CI requirements
- Prepare and generate sales performance reports, inventory levels, and customer analytics
- Ensure daily updates of production schedules and timely submission of documentation
- Streamline administrative procedures to improve sales and operations efficiency
- Assist management with ad hoc projects and business operations as needed
