Job description

We are growing our Cleaning Services and require a skilled and competent Site Manager to join the Ecowize Group.

Job Specification

1. Manage and coordinate all operational functions on site.
2. Deliver a daily Food Safe Facility to customer standards.
3. Use information obtained at the site to complete inspections, micros, audits, and customer feedback.
4. Manage site budgets and man-hours as per shift schedule.
5. Responsible for staff management and resolving HR-related matters.
6. Coach and mentor staff, as well as develop skills.
7. Drive Occupational Health and Safety initiatives and recommend process improvements.
8. Ensure internal audits meet daily requirements.
9. Close out any raised non-conformance issues related to micros out of specification and follow up on NCRs.
10. Liaise daily with customers.
11. Assist with recruitment for the region as needed.
12. Assist with coordinating training interventions at the site level.
