Description

Join Confluence as a Performance Product Owner in our Analytics team. This role involves working closely with Product Managers and Owners to deliver top-tier performance and attribution analytics across multiple asset classes, including:

1. Multi-asset class calculation and analysis with advanced data controls and flexible reporting
2. Top-down and multi-level attribution models at security level, with currency overlay and bottom-up approaches
3. Transaction-based performance metrics such as time-weighted returns, IRR, and private asset ratios
4. Macro and factor-based attribution analysis

You will be an integral part of an Agile Scrum team, contributing to the development of our analytics solutions, and acting as an expert on sustainability matters within the team. This position offers autonomy and the opportunity to make impactful improvements.

About the team & role

In this role, you'll collaborate with talented teams to deliver innovative analytics solutions, focusing on multi-asset calculations, attribution models, and performance metrics. You'll also lead in macro and factor-based attribution, and serve as a sustainability expert. Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential, and some US hours may be required due to the global nature of the team.

This role demands a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in Agile product ownership or performance analysis roles, with relevant certifications
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a 'get it done' attitude
• Experience with performance and attribution analytics; familiarity with Confluence Revolution or similar is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are advantageous
• Previous roles as Product Manager or Product Specialist are relevant
