Job description

Are you passionate about driving digital engagement and fostering a collaborative community? Our client, a leading multinational financial company, requires a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

You will manage the Digital division as a central platform for sharing best practices across portfolio companies, and coordinate impactful events, training sessions, and transfer expert knowledge exchanges. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the digital community thrives.

What you'll do:
  1. Drive engagement strategies and content across portfolio companies.
  2. Monitor and enhance platform performance and user engagement.
  3. Organize events, webinars, and thought leadership sessions.
  4. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-value content and case studies.
  5. Oversee budget for events and digital engagement activities.
  6. Approve and manage content publication and feature enhancements.
  7. Collaborate across functions without direct reports.
  8. Align with broader portfolio engagement leads (e.g., Sustainability, Legal, Communications) and refine engagement approaches with internal stakeholders.
  9. Monitor divisions performance, gather user feedback, suggest improvements, and foster a collaborative environment for discussions and best practice sharing.
  10. Work with partners, experts, and community champions to ensure a steady flow of curated content; oversee the development and distribution of high-value digital insights, reports, and industry updates.
  11. Lead the creation of portfolio company case studies, including AI and digital transformation success stories, document key learnings and impactful digital initiatives.
  12. Organize and manage digital webinars, in-person spotlights, and CTO dinners; develop event agendas, secure speakers, ensure high-quality delivery, and drive attendance and participation.
Your expertise:
  1. Proven track record in organizing and managing events, webinars, and executive engagements.
  2. Advanced level experience in managing digital platforms, community engagement, or corporate communications.
  3. Experience in digital transformation and technology strategy.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelors or master's in communication or marketing (Digital Strategy, Business, and Communications).
Personal traits strengths:
  1. Articulate, detail-oriented, project management, organized, stakeholder management, content and storytelling, and data insights analysis.
  2. Proactive, self-starter, passionate, innovative, and relationship building.
